My service is "one-stop-shopping" for residential mortgages. I take care of everything from A to Z in the mortgage approval process: from taking the initial application, to pre-approving the mortgage, examining the mortgage terms and conditions, collecting documents required by the mortgage lender for the full mortgage approval, and arranging for documents to be sent to the solicitor for closing.

Through the application process I assess the needs of my customers and recommend the best programs available to them. I discuss in detail, with each customer, the benefits of Variable Rate Mortgages and Fixed Rate mortgages, maximizing pre-payment options, and flexibility for future borrowing. Customers learn the best that all mortgage lenders can do without ever stepping into a bank. The best part is that rates are the lowest the banks can offer and my service for arranging bank qualified mortgages is free. Occasionally, we have customers who do not fit the bank profiles but may be eligible for private financing for which broker fees would become applicable if they choose to proceed.

I keep in contact with my customers throughout the life of their mortgage to assist with questions or concerns that may arise. Most customers return for assistance with subsequent purchases, refinances and mortgage renewals, and refer their colleagues, friends and family.
